ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Yasemin Songur is a half Finnish and half Turkish textile designer based in Sweden. She has a Master’s degree from the Swedish School of Textiles, where she advanced her skills in hand- as well as industrial jacquard loom weaving. Her work explores colour effects and reinterpreting traditional techniques and expressions.
